1. Introduction & Agreement

3.3 Account Closure

A player may request to close their account at any time. We also reserve the right to close an account with prior notice or immediately for the following reasons —

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits will be added to the player's balance after verification and confirmation are complete.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players can withdraw using any deposit/withdrawal method, with a minimum withdrawal amount of 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Delays may occur due to processing times on the mobile payment provider's end.

Situations where withdrawal requests may be declined after review —

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

yoma777 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times before a withdrawal is allowed (20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and time limit.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if there is reasonable belief that promotions are being abused.
• If you withdraw before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited.
• If the bonus wagering requirement is not completed within one week, the bonus will automatically expire.

5.3 Referral Program

Players in the referral program will receive 10% of each referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. In addition, they will receive 0.2% of their referred friends' valid bets as a weekly commission. These amounts are fixed as stated here and do not guarantee any increase.

6. Games and General Characteristics

All games on yoma777 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so results cannot be predicted in advance. There is no guarantee that players will win in any game. Funds that have been lost cannot be recovered.

Players can progress through four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — based on their gameplay and deposit amounts.

• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP cashback will be credited to the player's balance once a week. Cashback funds will be added as bonus funds and a wagering requirement must be met.

8. Prohibited Actions

Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following actions —

• Using the platform to conduct money laundering,
• Playing using bots or automated software,
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means,
• Harassing or threatening other players,
• Attempting to disrupt platform operations.

If any of these prohibited actions are detected, we may freeze the account balance, suspend further activity, and take additional action as appropriate.
